The city of Lübben (Spreewald) collects visitor tax: per adult: 2,00€ / night; children up to 18 years free

2 nights during high season (except the summer school holidays) on request.

We confirm a booking upon receipt of a 20% down payment. The down payment will be credited to the amount of the final bill.
Final payment will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation fees
up to 3 months before arrival – free of charge
3 months before arrival – 20% of the total amount
30 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount
14 days before arrival – 70% of the total amount
7 days before arrival – 90% of the total amount

We will always try to find a replacement booking for a cancelled reservation. If we succeed, we will refund the cancellation fees up to the amount of the replacement booking.
